Anti-Trafficking & Content Compliance Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-11
1. Policy statement
Daika (operated by SodoLabs.ai LLC) has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of human trafficking, slavery, and forced labor. We are committed to preventing the depiction of non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking or physical abuse. We strictly prohibit the use of our services for any illegal activity and require full compliance from all users, employees, and partners with all applicable laws and card network rules.
2. Nature of the Service — no human performers
All companion content — every feed post, story, premium pack, image, video, and message a companion produces — is entirely computer-generated. No real human performers, models, or content creators appear anywhere on the Service; the Service is not a marketplace for user-generated adult content; and the Service offers no live streaming, live video chat, or camera performances of any kind. The persons depicted in generated content do not exist. The only user-supplied imagery on the Service is optional profile/avatar photos, which are automatically screened before acceptance and are never used to generate content or published as adult content.
18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement. Because no adult or sexual content on the Service depicts any actual human being, the Service maintains no records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257; no such records exist because no real performers are depicted. If the Service ever hosts content depicting real persons, it will first implement full age/identity verification, documented consent, and § 2257 record-keeping for every individual depicted.
3. Prohibited activities
The following are strictly forbidden on our platform:
- Engaging in, facilitating, or condoning any form of human trafficking or modern slavery.
- Creating, requesting, or distributing content that depicts minors in any context, real or fictional — our systems block such requests, and violations are escalated for reporting to the relevant authorities as required by law.
- Creating, requesting, or distributing content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, or physical abuse.
- Using the Service to advertise, solicit, or provide commercial sex acts or services involving real persons.
- Uploading images of any real person without their documented consent, or using the Service to depict any real, identifiable person.
- Marketing, captioning, tagging, or using search terms that suggest illegal activity, child exploitation, or non-consensual acts.
- Using forced labor or child labor in any aspect of our operations or supply chain.
4. Verification, moderation, and record keeping
- Server-controlled generation: image prompts are assembled by our systems from curated options; users select attributes and cannot supply free-form image prompt text.
- Pre-screening: companion-published content (feeds, stories, premium packs) is human-curated before publication.
- Automated moderation: inbound user-uploaded images are automatically screened for CSAM, minors, and other prohibited categories; images a companion would act on are screened before that response, and flagged content is blocked and logged.
- Age gating: users attest they are 18 or older when registering for adult/Intimate access, and adult features may additionally require third-party age verification depending on jurisdiction.
- Record keeping: we retain moderation logs and records of actions taken, available to our payment partners and card networks on request. We provide our acquirer, on a monthly basis and on request, a report of content flagged as potentially illegal or non-compliant, the actions taken, and all complaints and takedown requests received.
5. Reporting, takedown, and appeals
Anyone may report content they believe is illegal, non-consensual, depicts a real person, or otherwise violates this policy: email report@daika.ai. Complaints are reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days; content determined to be non-compliant or illegal is removed immediately. Where a report concerns intimate imagery depicting an identifiable real person without their consent, we remove the content within 48 hours of a valid request, as required by law, and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies. Any person who believes they are depicted in content on the Service may request its removal and may appeal the outcome; disagreements about removal or consent are referred to a neutral third-party body for resolution at our expense. Complaints may also be raised by contacting the National Human Trafficking Hotline (details below).
6. Consequences of violation
Violations result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, and, where the law requires or permits, reporting to law enforcement and our financial partners.
