Content Policy

Daika supports a wide range of conversation and creative freedom, including adult content, subject to the age-verification rules below. The boundaries below are absolute — they apply everywhere on the platform regardless of tier, category, personality, or framing. Violating them results in account termination and, in severe cases, reporting to authorities.

Hard rules — never allowed

1. No minors

No content depicting, describing, or sexualizing anyone under 18. This applies to:

• Explicit images, implied images, or text descriptions.
• Fictional, ageless, or "aged up" characters that nonetheless read as young — no loopholes.
• Any "de-aging" prompts, school-uniform + minor-coded contexts, or scenarios set in schools / daycares that invite that interpretation.

2. No real people in sexual or compromising contexts

No content depicting identifiable real people — celebrities, public figures, politicians, athletes, streamers, your neighbor — in:

• Sexual or nude scenarios.
• Defamatory, violent, or otherwise damaging situations.
• Any scenario that could be passed off as a real event they did not participate in (deepfake-adjacent).

Public figure commentary, parody, and clearly non-visual fan fiction are not prohibited by this rule, but the Service is not the right tool for them.

3. No non-consent

No content depicting or describing non-consensual sexual acts. Fictional framing ("roleplay") does not create an exception. The Intimate category allows explicit content between consenting adults only.

4. No instructions for real-world harm

No requests for functional instructions to synthesize drugs, build weapons (including biological, chemical, radiological), hack production systems, commit fraud, or otherwise enable real-world harm. Writing about these topics fictionally is fine; turning the Service into a how-to guide is not.

5. No bestiality

No sexual content involving animals.

6. No incest

No sexual content depicting or describing family members — parents, children, siblings, or other close relatives. Fictional or roleplay framing does not create an exception.

Age verification for adult content

All users attest they are 18 or older at signup. Depending on your location and applicable law, we may additionally require a separate third-party age-verification step before explicit content is available. Where required, verification is handled by an independent identity provider; we retain only the verified-adult result, not your identity document. Attempting to bypass or falsify age checks violates our Terms.

Every companion on Daika is an adult (18+). If you tell a companion you are under 18, it will refuse to continue the intimate exchange — this cannot be overridden by any prompt, persona, or framing.

Images you upload

You can send images to your companion. Images you upload are automatically screened for the prohibited categories above, and an image a companion would act on is screened before that response. If an uploaded image is detected as depicting a minor, bestiality, non-consent, or incest:

• It is blocked immediately — the companion never sees or responds to it.
• It is blocked, flagged, and retained under a moderation hold rather than treated as ordinary content.
• Suspected child sexual abuse material is blocked, preserved under a moderation hold, and escalated for mandatory reporting to NCMEC and the relevant authorities in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

Uploading prohibited content is grounds for immediate, permanent account termination.

All companions on the Service are adult (18+) fictional characters, and all accounts are adult-capable subject to the age rules above. Companions never depict minors, real people, or non-consensual scenarios, regardless of what a user requests.

What we do when rules are broken

1. Automated content filters reject many violations before they happen — image-generation prompts are screened, and images you upload are scanned for prohibited content, with an image a companion would act on screened before that response.
2. Manual review when users report content or when automated systems flag it.
3. Account action — warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent termination depending on severity.
4. Reporting to authorities for content that depicts real-world crimes (CSAM, credible threats, etc.), including filing NCMEC reports where applicable.

Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, or if someone has used the Service to depict you without consent, contact report@daika.ai with:

• A description of the content.
• Your relationship to it (are you the person depicted? a bystander?).
• Evidence — URL, screenshot, account username if known.

We acknowledge good-faith reports within 72 hours and resolve them within seven (7) business days.

You may appeal the outcome of a removal request; if a disagreement about removal or consent cannot be resolved between us, it is referred to a neutral third-party body for resolution at our expense.
